Alissa's passion for fitness began with barre workouts two decades ago. After certification, she honed her skills at the esteemed Lotte Burke Studio in London. Barre became her teaching mainstay for years, until a life-changing encounter with the Megaformer.
With over 20 years of experience, including owning studios in Boston and teaching classic Pilates, I bring a wealth of expertise to every session. Certified in classic Pilates through Balanced Body and also a Certified Barre instructor, I’m here to help you feel your absolute best—inside and out!
